Our working studio and tactile materials library are housed in a quiet mews off the King's Road. Here clients review timber patinas, hand-loomed textiles, bespoke stone samples and architectural elevations in natural northern daylight.

Preparation & Discovery
Before our first meeting, we review your property floor plans, any architectural drawings, and a curated selection of imagery representing your aesthetic instincts, routines, and lifestyle priorities.

The Studio or On-Site Session
A structured 90-minute session held either on site or within our Chelsea studio. We evaluate sightlines, structural possibilities, volume adjustments, acoustic challenges, and tactile preferences.

- Feasibility review against conservation restrictions
Proposal & Fee Structure
Following our discussion, we prepare a transparent Scope of Works with itemised stage-by-stage design fees, projected procurement schedules, and estimated construction milestones.
